Foot of Africa entries

As posted earlier, the Foot nearly wasn't to happen this year, but things got sorted in the end and it's scheduled for 3 October 2009.

Entries are to be made on Friday, 2 October and Saturday morning before the respective races start. Unfortunately there are to be no online or pre-entries this year.
